My Adequate Schooling, Equality and Livable Wages Utopia


A human-made reality created solely to provide infinite gratification through a sequence of never-ending ups. However, at what price? Utopia is a subjective viewpoint that is peculiar to and person; yet, we share a mutual wish for enjoyment and fulfill these desires as humans. On the other side, my ideal Utopia will be a fact close to that of the twenty-first-century world, which is severely dented and imperfect (Hofacker and Daniela 412). The explanation for this is that a future in which everybody experiences infinite happiness is fictitious and impersonal. At first sight, I would term my ideal world a "utopian dystopia." I will make improvements in areas such as adequate schooling, equality, and livable wages. On my vision of the earth, on the other hand, any religion will be tolerated. If all of the children are slow learners, they will all be trained simultaneously in my perfect utopian environment, and the same can be done regarding students with better learning skills.


Individuals are still fighting for change nowadays, whether, by campaigns like fair wages for equal work, the Black Lives Matter campaign, or anti-immigration demonstrations. The vision of Utopia, which was developed some hundred years earlier, integrates communistic ideas to strive for a "perfect" environment for all individuals, not just the upper echelons of society (Lowe 79). These anti-capitalistic impulses, which cause everybody to prosper, stand in clear contrast to the Western European environment at the moment. The Utopian approaches, coupled with other rationalist concepts, gradually started the Revolution in Europe. Individuals began to emphasize schooling, reasoning, and research rather than binding themselves to the Bible's teachings (Lowe 80). About the fact that the representatives of society in Sir Thomas More's Utopia preach dignity and objectivity, it becomes clear that a civil structure is a necessary human imperative, and society does not survive without it.

By scrapping out the activities that support racism, land, and wealth and encouraging cohesion and sameness, the Utopian society aims to abolish the standard hierarchy. And escape obvious, superficial influences such as luxury clothes and those that perpetuate classism (Lowe 81). As a result, I want to focus on ensuring that everybody is respected and treated equally. Regardless of whom they are. On my interpretation of the earth and faith will be tolerated. There will be no bigotry based on religion, whether Christian and Jewish or any other. Nobody will be permitted or choose to pass judgment on others based on their religious beliefs. There will be no discrimination based on sexual orientation. Without someone asking them, they cannot. Anyone can be and love whomever they want. Nobody would blame others over who they love because it is love. It won't matter what color the skin is. Everybody is the same, regardless of appearance, and welcomed. There would be an emphasis on acceptance, regardless of sexuality, religion, ethnicity, or nationality. Through the eyes of others, all would be welcomed.


Suppose I could construct my ideal school and choose every learner, member of staff, class size, education system, and everything else that goes into operating a successful school. In that case, I think the utopian school will look like this. I assume that the learners studying in the school should all have similar or identical capabilities and intelligence. I presume that if students surround learners with similar abilities and intelligence, it is simpler to learn and do well. If all of the students are slower learners, they should all be trained simultaneously, and the same can be said about students who have better academic capabilities (Young, Patricia, and Barry 11). Members of the staff will come from various cultures, allowing students to benefit from a variety of life interactions. The curriculum would be consistent in all grades; for example, all first graders would have the same curriculum, and so forth, all the way up to fifth grade. Classroom sizes will be reduced so that instructors could devote more time to each pupil, and each class would have children with similar intellect and learning abilities. Not only will support personnel help, but they would also be qualified to educate the students. They will be encouraged to help students in the same way as instructors do.

There would be no need for special gatherings within the class, and each class would only contain children who are at the same level, so there would be no separation. The children would not feel guilty about being slower and separated from the "smart people." I will do everything in my power to ensure that the whole campus is spotless; I believe that a clean school will make things easier for students to study rather than trying to work in filth. To maintain the school's clean and healthy learning atmosphere, I will raise funds through festivals and fundraising events. In terms of resources and equipment, I will choose the best equipment and materials available so that my learners may get the best potential education. All of these characteristics, in my opinion, would create the ideal school; every learner will be able to receive enough attention. They will be able to utilize new technologies, and they would be surrounded by people who care for the children, their schooling, and their potential ambitions.

Livable Wages

The prevalence of a universal minimum wage, also identified as a Universal Basic Income, has escalated in recent years. Following the International Financial Downturn, many people despair over our failing healthcare services and divisive austerity policies (White 120). Extreme policies are also being advocated. Admittedly, a fixed basic wage is one of them, and it has several adherents, including Mark Zuckerberg, Stephen Hawking, and Bernie Sanders. The concept is simple: each individual would receive a certain amount of money every week or month, without any attached.

Aside from the financial downturn, the call for a basic universal income has risen due to new technologies "hollowing out" impact, which has pushed inequality to new heights. Specifically, middle-income positions which are more managerial have been eliminated, while lower-income workers that are more physically challenging have mostly remained unaffected (White 120). For this reason, supporters of Universal Basic Income argue that a cash infusion into the more inferior parts of society will have such a significant impact on overall living conditions. For one thing, it will encourage creativity because employers may have enough money in their pockets to invest adequately. Another option is more voluntary service in local cities, where people would not be unable to juggle three positions at once and have little time for something else. In an era of unrestrained consumerism, there seem to be few other choices except to provide anyone with a small percentage on the side to try to moderate overall demand. It might encourage the typical gig economy employee to stop working late nights so he can spend more time with the family, or it might allow a pregnant mum to take a couple more weeks off before returning to work.

In this regard, To attain economic stability, I will adopt the concept of Universal Basic Assets (UBA), which defines an essential collection of services that every person should have access to, such as financial protection, accommodation, health care, and schooling. When splitting national assets into three main categories: corporate, public, and open, it's evident that public resources like public healthcare and education are critical, and by promoting more capital transfers into decentralized programs like enterprises and employee-stock-owned corporations, I would be able to set aside more funds. I will also grant citizens control of their information, allowing them to exploit it and extract economic benefit. Critics may argue that it discourages investment, but it simply aims to reallocate new assets to the people who make these businesses run rather than the original wealth owners.


Nonetheless, if I had the power to build a utopia without all of the globe's existing hindrances, it would improve the standard of human existence through humanitarian perspectives while maintaining a healthy amount of chaos to keep the fact in check.
