With emphasis laid on the suitability of projects, several policies and procedures have been taken into account thereby adding to the company’s benefits. This has further led to a growing retention of the tenants with special focus on the growth of the market value. This has helped to focus on every minute piece of literature that presents the main topic thereby bringing about sustainability within the engineering field.

Emphasis is laid on the ways the environmental aspects of sustainability can be improved thereby setting a benchmark for water and energy consumption followed by waste management and reduction.

The concept of engineering management is of utmost importance in managing practices relating to management and engineering. The engineering managers require possessing the problem solving abilities of engineering to effective administer and plan the management processes. This would in turn help to forecast the operational performances relating to complex engineering driven enterprises. From the literature that is carried out in the above-mentioned points, it is evident that the engineering managers require incorporating several sustainable Engineering Management practices and techniques that would help in their growth of skills. It greatly helps to resolve the resolutions that are environmentally sound.

This helps to support the decisions that they would take to carry out with a project thereby emphasizing on a suitable scope and stakeholder management (, 2018). This requires carrying out an effective interaction with the major types of stakeholder both internal and external. This would help to identify and acknowledge their operations as carried out within the project. This further seeks to carry out a successful integration of the environmentally aware decision-makings within the projects thereby emphasizing on certain professional developmental programs. This is quite effective in educating the stakeholders thereby supporting the concept of a green project management. It is of utmost importance for the engineering managers to focus on a progressive approach to project management thereby emphasizing on a suitable project execution thereby taking into account different ideas from various stakeholders. The incorporation of the greening project management practices further seek to lay focus on the use of certain resources that would help to focus on supporting the future changes thereby incorporating the engineering tools and techniques for better management.

Emphasis has been laid on the suggestions that are to be provided to the engineering managers that would help them to achieve an effective sustainable engineering management practice within thereby emphasizing on the special areas of specialization within the field of engineering.
