ICTSAD502 – Model Data Processes
It applies to individuals who can apply a broad range of technical
knowledge and skills within the context of a complex project.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to
this unit at the time of publication.
The student will have access to the following:
Learner guide
Access to a computer, the Internet and word-processing system such
as MS Word Sample program and their flowchart, algorithm
A deep understanding of user interface design and its application
on different tools. Existing test cases to check the specification
Academic Integrity is about the honest presentation of your academic
work. It means acknowledging the work of others while developing your
own insights, knowledge and ideas.
As a student, you are required to:
Plagiarism:
Plagiarism means to take and use another person's ideas and or manner
of expressing them and to pass them off as your own by failing to give
appropriate acknowledgement. This includes material sourced from the
internet, RTO staff, other students, and from published and unpublished
work.
• Using phrases and passages verbatim without quotation marks or
referencing the author or web page
• Reproducing lecture notes without proper acknowledgement.
• Allow others to copy your work or share your answer to an
assessment task • Allow someone else to write or edit your work (without
rto approval)
• Write or edit work for another student

The term attribute is the properties that each entity has, such as a
student entity has a name, unique id, address, phone number, email id,
age, etc.
The term relationship describes how an entity is related to another
entity. The relationship between the entities are represented by using
the cardinality between them. The cardinality specifies about the
mapping between them such as one-to-one mapping, on-to-many mapping,
many-to-one mapping, and many-to-many mapping.

The style as well as perception of all process models generated
within or outside of an organization are governed by a collection of
accepted guidelines known as "process modeling norms." As soon as a
fresh process modeling project is launched, modeling standards can be
defined. They are typically handled by the practice lead for process
modeling inside a company, though.
All facets of a process model are governed by modeling standards,
including the fundamental design, the labeling of particular items, as
well as all other factors within. Individuals working with, utilizing,
creating, or controlling process models are provided with access to
designing standards as a resource.

Question 9: Answer the following questions.
Question 10: What are the types of documentation is System design?
Explain about system documentation. Write about 300-350 words.
System documentation serves as a guide for upcoming service or
upgrade activities as well as provides data about a result as it was
created. The result's maintainers can discover the data they require
more rapidly since it is arranged according to functional requirements
rather than the date that improvements to the system were
implemented.
External documentation - The results of each and every organized
modeling approach, including data-flow as well as entity-relationship
diagrams, are included in the external documentation (Types of
documentation and their importance 2022).
User documentation - Instead of speaking to an IT expert or some
technical expert, user documentation uses descriptive terminology that
is intended for the product or program's typical client. It is intended
to describe to the typical individual how to configure as well as
utilize the program or features correctly. Additionally, user
documentation could provide best practices for achieving the best
output, list functions as well as their advantages, define various
shortcuts for enhancing application performance, as well as explain how
to modify the program to suit the needs of each client as well as the
job at hand (Different types of system documentation
2021).
