SUMMARY I consider myself as a Structural Engineer, a Researcher, and an Educator with an entrepreneurial bent. I have special interests in structural design and modeling, structural health monitoring, reliability, and life-cycle cost-benefit analysis of civil engineering infrastructure systems.
