Video/audio submission requirements
There are activities which will require you to submit a video or audio
recording to fulfill the requirements of an assessment Activity. Videos or audio recordings that require participants (i.e. meetings, or role plays, etc.) will require the student and participant(s) to provide a Declaration of Consent statement. Participants need to be (16) sixteen years of age or older. This is necessary for Upskilled to maintain Upskilled policies and procedures and comply with Privacy Legislation. At the start of the recording, EACH person who is participating in the video/audio recording must declare their name and they are a willing participant. For video recordings, it is necessary for the participant to be seen in the video making their statement.

Assessment Overview
• The purpose of this assessment task is to use advanced-level critical thinking skills in a professional context. This includes using methods of analysis, synthesis and evaluation.
• The student must follow the word-limits specified in the templates.
• The trainer/assessor must assess the student using the performance checklist provided.
You are required to conduct some research online and thoroughly understand the requirements, characteristics and limitations of online training.
Explore situations where online training can be valid or not, analyse and understand the key elements of workplace processes, products or services, compare and contrast alternative critical thinking concepts and apply a decision-making framework.
Then you need to conduct a review of the effectiveness of decision making. Identify areas for self-development and develop a plan for future process evaluations. You are also required to source information from a variety of different and verified sources to complete this assessment task.
