Undertake a role play with someone performing the role of a client who has just arrived at the service organisation with their parents. The client is a young man 18 years of age who has an intellectual disability. The service provides case management to people with disabilities. The client has just finished school and is now ready for the workforce and requires assistance in finding a job and identifying any further training needs. He has a personal obsession and interest of trains and would like to work with trains in some capacity.
