Three Methods for clarifying the validity of the information for a compliance related research project are the following:

Functions- Establishes its compliance obligations, ensures that obligations for satisfying legal requirements, as well as internal rules and procedures, are integrated into business operations.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities-CMS establishes its compliances responsibilities, review operational responsibilities to make sure that each legal requirements are followed and are compliance. The Board of Directors is ultimately accountable for the financial institution's compliance program. Having stated that, one of the needs of a compliance program, which is a component of a compliance management system, is to select a person to administer the compliance program.
