This websites provides multiple services to them so that they can a new healthy and happy life. After using and testing the website, this can be said that, there are so many positive points are found in the website such as the company assists the users with requesting an internal review, assists the users in requesting an AAT review as well as accompanies the users at the AAT hearing as well as help with the AAT. There are also features like blog, in which the can post about the various articles, stories, videos, audios, images, story for the mentally disable people, who can enjoy all those while using the website. There are also some good features like size of the text that can be increased and decreased as per requirement as the color of the interface can also be changed for person with problem with the eye vision. There are also lot of information about their services which will help the disable people and their family to understand about the services of the organization but also there are some limitation or negative aspects of the website such as there is

no search bar, no chatbot feature to contact with the associates of the organization directly and instantly for their need. There could be more videos for entertaining the users.

There should be some session for the disable people using videos, which will help them to understand well.

All the recommended aspects can be very useful for the potential users. This system will contribute more to the learning of the disable users by making them the part of the process. It requires proper use of the technologies to support deaf users as well as improved experience for this website’s users.
