			Migrating to a private cloud environment should provide the solution. The implementations of the cloud technology may require the expense of new hardware, the number required would be reduced from eight (8) to three (3). This expense would have been necessary to future proof the present architecture but now on a much lower scale
Upgrade server/s to meet Cloud technology specifications and performance.

For high impact scope changes, the TechWizards CEO will return to the steering committee with a recommendation as to the impact of the scope change on the project. The steering committee will take the ultimate decision to change the scope, based on the information provided.

PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS AND CONSTRAINTS

Assumptions

• The necessary electrical power and backup(UPS) will be provided by TechWizards
The necessary cooling/ventilation will be provided by TechWizards
On completion responsibility for the maintenance and security of the data centre
will transferred to TechWizards
The necessary bandwidth to complete the project will be supplied by TechWizards
The steering committee are fully committed to the project
Access to TechWizards technical support will be available if and when required
Robust testing will be carried out in all TechWizards departments
