The helper will work with the unit truck all the time

Task -1

This organizational plan is developed for Minas hill coffee and the department is logistic. We have some problems in this department and we have the plan to organize it and improve the skill of all employees to fix and make better this area.

The solution

The plan creates new rules and methods to improve this process and to do this we need change some process, like change our management control in excel sheet for one system where we don’t need just an exclusive of person, and this system can manage all this process more quickly and with fewer people. The name of this system is “The Core”.

In the beginning, we had used all the resources, and we had one truck in reserve if we had problems during this process. The idea behind was that before implementing the "The Core" we need to organize the warehouse and keeping the deliveries on time.

Then, the helper will work with the unit's truck all the time, to complete the delivery in advance. And after that, they need to go back to the small warehouse where the new system is working on the test stage. In the warehouse, we have the warehouse manager and 1 logistics specialist that are responsible for the new system together and then we have the manager for checking and testing everything. following the key process to sustain our plan for the logistics area, "The lifespan, sustainability and exit strategy of the plan" – We are working with one lifespan to 2 months to finish this process. As earlier mentioned we have one plan to sustainable to do this and in the time.
