Students will use knowledge acquired and personal reflections/insights from in-class
experiential labs, course lecture notes, course textbook and academic research articles. The goal of this project is for students to design a mental skills program for themselves and actively implement it throughout the term.

2.Rationale (10 marks)
a.Explain what an MSP is. What is the purpose of an MSP broadly? (use academic articles that explain the purpose of an MSP for athletes)

Phase 2: Intervention implementation, tracking of progress and evaluation
2.Evaluation (10 marks)
a.Explain how each individual mental skill was monitored, tracked and evaluated. Evidence must be included in the paper that exemplifies this.b.Include in-depth reflection of your experience with the implementation of each intervention.

Students must include an APA formatted title page, Table of Contents listed all sections in the paper, and page numbers in the top right-hand corner. The paper must be written in 12-point font (Times New Roman, Arial or Calibri) and have 1 inch margins. The references page must be formatted correctly with hanging indentation.

Turnitin
Both phases of the paper will be run through Turnitin plagiarism detection software when it is submitted. A Turnitin “test dropbox” will be set up so students can see their Turnitin scores prior to submission.
