1. consultation with others - good communication will ensure everyone fully understands what is expected of them and gives employees the opportunity to ask questions for clarification of tasks.

5. decision-making - everyone in a team needs to be involved in making decisions as this helps them to understand the goals of the group and to plan new directions.
