The discrimination faced the indigenous people based race
Reflection module 6-1
Introduction
Through this approach, I can focus on the solutions for these social injustices and will act as a support to uplift the marginalized people of the society (Woodgate et al., 2017). And with this approach, the allyship and the structural alterations can be brought to the workplace. In this, Allyship is one of the important concepts, especially at the workplace. It overall contributes to making a good workplace environment by making the business safe and comfortable for all. Through this one can easily able to maintain transparency at the workplace. Allyship also advanced the interests of the marginalized people by focusing on social justice. So, in this, I can encourage allyship through education and will tell about its benefits to the people (Wellbeingwaterloo.ca, 2015). Besides, I have also analyzed that the indigenous people with disabilities face a lot of discrimination in society, they have less access to many services such as education, healthcare services, etc. It has been found that the large population of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with profound and severe disabilities have less access to the services in comparison to the other people with disabilities. In this case, I will help those marginalized people by educating them about their rights and facilities that are meant for them and supporting them in every way.
