Dear Marketing Coordinator

Dear Marketing Coordinator

Thanks for the opportunity to learn from you during this project. However, I felt stretched and it would be nice to have someone help me in future. We need another team member.

  • Product range should be expanded by 20% to include complementary products such as native plant seedlings from another organisation (a collaborative relationship is required with an appropriate organisation).

  • Research is required to identify market requirements and demand for specific products. Market research should target a range of generations.

Information specific to Product range expansion project (Section 2 of the Project Portfolio)

A cooperative partner has been identified (Aussies4Natural). Aussies4Natural has a range of complimentary products (such as plants and seeds, herbal medicines and traditional first-nations clothing). Aussies4Natural also has a modern website and young, creative leadership team who are willing to be flexible. They are not too concerned about their own brand recognition – rather they are focused on making a profit.

Dear Project Manager

I have just been in touch with Aussies4Natural. They are not keen to enter a formal agreement – rather just want a flexible “let’s see how we go” arrangement.

Assume the project has commenced but it not yet complete.

Three months into the project, the Marketing Coordinator received progress reports from Aussies4Natural and the Customer Service Officer.  The following is a project status report as per the agreed communication processes.

Aussies4Natural report:

The project schedule was agreed by the project team at the outset.

The project commenced with market research, potential partners were identified and approached. Aussies4Natural are the most obvious choice.

Seek legal input asap and present a proposed agreement to Aussies4Natural.

Dear Marketing Coordinator

Thanks for the opportunity to learn from you during this project. However, I felt stretched and quite often out of my comfort zone. I think next time, I should have some training first.
