At the end of the Timeline Development process, the Timeline Outline developed in accordance with the Timeline Management Plan is created. In other words, the calendar, which has been finalized by applying network analysis, critical path analysis, calendar compression techniques, is frozen and the project is started. The current situation in the project is compared with the main line and if it is necessary, corrective action is taken and the project is controlled in this way.
A work breakdown structure should be created in order to make the project more accessible and meaningful by removing the obscurity. It provides a clearer view of how to reach the target. In this way, it will make the team more comfortable as a psychology.
All work to be done throughout the project should be within the work breakdown structure. Jobs that are not within the work breakdown structure will become unacceptable within the project.

End of the project
From here, PMI translates its general model into more specific applications. Each of these styles takes a different approach to the importance and interaction of each component of the overall life cycle:
Supervision and control: Supervision of the work performed with documents such as progress chart and measuring it according to basic targets
Closing: Evaluating the performance of the project and its teams to bring together the basic learning to optimize future projects
Like the general project life cycle model of PMI that forms the framework, these stages are designed to be used in almost all kinds of projects. Although projects are generally unique, they progress through intertwined periods one by one. The difference is in how they manifest themselves in the project management process spectrum.- Roles and responsibilities specific to project schedule control should also be mentioned.

2. Address the following (ALL points MUST be discussed):
a. How would you identify and document schedule management issues and recommend improvements for future projects?
Dear Sponsor,
The success of my project is the main resource in the time, the basis of personal and organizational decisions, the information needed by contemporary organizations is increasing in volume, the need for information varies according to organizational levels, it is closely related to the performance and success of the project managers as well as the other staff in the project team to achieve the project goals. Although team building in management is important for success, the importance of team building is increasing, especially in work environments where there is complex interdisciplinary work that requires the integration of functional experts and support groups. Team building is the job of the project manager, but senior management often hires a project manager to lead an established team. Although this situation forces the project manager, it is up to the leadership ability of the project manager to do the best with the available possibilities. The ideal project manager is to determine the needs
