	Consequences are low number of attendees in the conference, not proper execution of conference program, decrease morale and reputation of the organization etc.	There should be well known, shilled, qualified and experienced speakers in the conference to increase the numbers of attendees in the conference to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the project
