Task 7.1
Respected Sir,
Kingfisher Garden is going to open a new office in which both physical and human resources are required. Some of the physical resources required in the office include office equipment, computer hardware, etc. Office equipment required includes meeting tables, chairs, whiteboards, open shelves, display shelves, and computer hardware include a computer system, monitor, keyboards, printers, fax machines, and photocopier. The resources are required to fulfill the business resources required so that all the business operations can be performed smoothly. All the resources have their unique importance. For example, computer systems are used to perform day to day operations of the business. Printers are used to print out the important documents or papers in the organization. Whiteboards are used during any meeting to explain the purpose or content of the meeting. Similarly, all other resources have their importance and are used to perform different tasks.
