Show bar-chart the specific heat elements the periodic table
MANE-4550
PS-1
1. Using Mathematica’s internal functions make plots of the melting point, molar volume, atomic radius of all elements in the Periodic table so that the X-axis contains the element symbol and Y-axis contains the parameter of interest with the correct units.
2. Make a plot of atomic weight against atomic number for all the elements in the periodic table.
1. Make to-scale plots of the engineering and true stress-strain diagrams in examples 3.1 - 3.4 in the Groover book. Assume linear elastic behavior and neglect area change in the elastic regime. If possible, label the values in the plots. Then combine the plots to shown them together to help rationalize the values.

2. Using the Dulong-Petit law, show a bar-chart of the specific heat of elements in the periodic table. This is not in the textbook, but it is a useful principle to know. Research the internet for this problem.
3. Work out Problem 4.3 in the textbook.
Lm = 6 π; Am = 0.01;
f[x_] := 0.004 Sin[x] + Am RandomReal[{-1, 1}];
