B) Explain the importance of change management. Answer in 50-100 words.

Change management is important because it provides better understanding for the people and change implementing organizations. It is a framework for supporting and understanding the shift and its impact on the organization and its people. Change management helps in assessment and motivating employees and it also help in increasing the engagement of the employees in an organization, also improves performance of the company.

Social media: Most clients already have regularly visited social media websites. These websites can be an excellent way to get customer feedback, so the existence of social media is a requirement for company.

Online survey: Many clients now shop online solely. Online shopping provides what some clients see as the advantage: a lack of social interaction. This element makes online surveys a great way to gather strong, precise client reviews, as clients are more likely to be frank.

A good quality IT plan will assist management find the correct equilibrium between the usual company operations and the scheduled projects that offer services and capacity enhancements.
