As a condition of employment at Augment Systems Pvt Ltd, you will be required to sign Augment Systems Pvt Ltd's standard Employee Agreement in which you agree, among other things, not to disclose to Augment Systems Pvt Ltd or use in your employment with Augment Systems Pvt Ltd any confidential or proprietary information or trade secrets of any current or prior employer. In this regard, you should be extremely careful not to bring to Augment Systems Pvt Ltd any documents or other materials in tangible or intangible form belonging to or acquired from your current or any prior employer. The compensation package associated with this offer is INR 300,000 Per Annum CTC.
Our employment relationship is voluntary and based on mutual consent. As a standard practice the employee (ADITYA WADHWA) may resign or Augment Systems Pvt Ltd likewise may terminate employment at any time, for any reason; subject to the fulfillment of agreed notice period, subject to fulfillment of service agreement formalities and subject to clearance of any non-financial and/or financial dues.

In the work from home mode, all leaves are counted as deductible from your monthly payout.
Notice Period:
During the employment period, if your performance is found to be unsatisfactory or if it does not meet the prescribed criteria, your employment can be terminated by the Company with one month’s notice (or salary thereof). Similarly, in the event of employee’s resignation, the employee is required to serve one month’s notice (or equivalent monthly CTC salary thereof). In addition to the notice period, resignation from employee is also subject to the fulfilment of service level agreement formalities regarding dissolution of the service level agreement. In the event of you having any incomplete assignment, the Company will reserve the discretion to relieve you only at the end of the one month’s notice period. The Company may terminate your services without any compensation immediately on disciplinary grounds or if you are convicted of any criminal charges. Augment Systems Pvt Ltd may terminate the Employee's employment without any extra notice period or compensation thereof should any of the following events occur:

Mr./Ms. ADITYA WADHWA agrees not to take employment with any other person, firm or company during the period of applicability of this agreement.
By way of guarantee for due performance of all the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement, Mr./Ms. ADITYA WADHWA has assured to pay a sum equivalent to her two months’ salary
In the event of any dispute or disagreement over the interpretation of any of the terms herein above contained or any claim of liability of any part including the Sureties the same shall be sole discretion of the Augment Systems Pvt Ltd.
During the period of 2 (two) years from the date of joining including the period spent on probation, if Mr/Ms ADITYA WADHWA leaves/resigns/abandons the services or violates the terms of this Agreement, Mr/Ms _SURETY 1 + SURETY 2 will have to pay liquidated damages amounting to equivalent of two months’ current salary and give 1 calendar month’s written notice or salary in lieu thereof as applicable.

Confidentiality of Proprietary Information: The Employee signing this agreement, agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information, or trade secrets to any person, firm, corporation, or entity while employed at Augment Systems Pvt Ltd and for a period of one year thereafter. Should the Employee signing this agreement reveal or threaten to reveal this information, Augment Systems Pvt Ltd shall be entitled to an injunction restraining the employee signing this agreement from disclosing same, or from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and Augment Systems Pvt Ltd may pursue any other remedies it has against the employee signing this agreement for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the employee signing this agreement.

Date of Joining Extension
As per the Company policy, only one extension in Date of Joining would be granted based on medical exigencies. The extension date would be given within the validity period of 6 months from the initial date of joining. Please note that any request for extension must be supported with documentary evidence (Medical records and certificate). All the requests are to be sent to careers@augmentsys.com. The Company will review the case based on the documents provided and we may extend the Date of Joining based on business requirements. All such requests for the date of joining extension have to be made at least a week before the initial date of joining. Granting this extension is solely at the discretion of the Company.
