A.C. Gilbert's production manager is developing a new procedure to apply across the business in order to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve sustainability. Errors will be reduced as a result of this. The production manager's strategy is to assign specialists to certain lines. An organization's specialization must be increased. Another aim of the production manager is to decrease worker turnover, which will increase employee skill levels and reduce expenses associated with employee recruitment and training.
