The Ricoh Family Group is pleased to announce the anticipated release of the five-day instructor-led A+ Certification Prep training course. This course is designed to assist students gain the knowledge necessary to successfully complete both the CompTIA A+ Essential (220-701) and CompTIA A+ Practical Applications (220-702) Exams. The ideal candidates will be technical professionals who have, following thorough preparation, previously attempted either or both exams, but were unsuccessful in their attempt.

Training Prerequisites:

Prior to attending the course, learners will receive links to two pre-training surveys. It is required that the applicable survey(s) be completed at least one week before attending training. When completing the survey(s) the student should have access to his/her Certification Exam Report which was received from the testing facility upon completion of the CompTIA A+ exam.
