Point : a location(the dot on the graph)

Line : ...a straight one-dimensional figure having no thickness and extending infinitely in both directions

Coplanar : ... three or more points which lie in the same plane.

Parallel : ... two lines that are always the same distance apart and never touch

Pythagorean theorem : ...a theorem in geometry: the square of the length of the hypotenuse of a right triangle equals the sum of the squares of the lengths of the other two sides.

Distance Formula : ...creating a triangle and using the Pythagorean theorem to find the length of the hypotenuse.
