The Classroom Renovation Case Study

In the second week of November 2016, Ms Mackenzie, the principal of a south east Queensland elementary school contracted Dave Hansen to renovate a classroom.

The intended classroom was occupied by students and teachers until the end of Friday 9 December after which school holiday will begin.

Ms Mackenzie explained to Dave that if he takes the job he must ensure that no material or equipment is left behind. That means that any material and equipment used to get the job done, as well as material removed from the old classroom will have to be transported to the pit by Dave.

Dave took the job and signed a contract.
