(d) Artificial lighting in a building or storey of a building, of more than 250 m2 in floor area must be controlled by—
(i) a time switch in accordance with Specification J6; or
(ii) an occupant sensing device such as—
(A) a security key card reader; or
(B) a motion detector in accordance with Specification J6.

(e) Artificial lighting adjacent to windows in a storey of a Class 5, 6 or 8 building, of more than 250 m2 in floor area must be switched separately from artificial lighting not adjacent to windows.
