The critical thinking is an important aspect of the business as it helps in building relationships with their team members which enhances the two way communication which is very beneficial of any business. If communication in an organisation refers to the meaningful flow of information, critical thinking is the engine that makes it happen. In the case of the Worlducation, the critical thinking also play an important role as the company’s vision is to see the world without illiteracy. To achieve the company’s vision all the employees need to work in team in which leaders need to manage the work among different people of variety of backgrounds so it’s important here to apply critical thinking to manage it effectively. Critical thinking skills required for the employees who are going to be coached are: Analytical thinking, creative thinking, Problem solving, Decision making. |
