Final Report
As a rule, manufacturing components in the plastics segment follows either `Own Account Manufacturing (OAM) or `Contract Industrial` (CM) small business prototypes. Own account manufacturers create their own products, advertise them and develop the comprehensive influence on the development. In the regional plastics small business nearly all companies manage their own descriptions (Eckerstorfer, Prammer and Reiss, 2017). Own account manufacturers are dynamically engaged in each phase of the life style of the merchandise, i.e., conceived small business outline, creating small business strategy, establishing invention component, purchasing raw material, opening investment, scheduling set construction, ascertaining expenses and promoting the end artefact. Bigger producers mostly depend on on the OAM small business paradigm (model) and prototype merchandises in their own product labels. Commission business is an alternative small business model in which minor companies effectively operate as third-party sub-suppliers with no taking hazard upsetting consumers and encountering much of improbabilities (uncertainties) rising from transactions and delivering activities. In this small business style (model), a commission business involves an apparatus and a small placebo house that machine, whereas the main (i.e., a service provider, who promotes the last merchandise) offers prototypes and particles. Lately, the business has undergone substantial increase in this category of commercial procedure as more and more SMEs are acknowledging this commercial model as it needs small start-up investment and denotes low risk disclosure. On the other hand, corporations employing CM style (model) typically do not appreciate the reductions of measure and have slight influence on the business rate group. Pending CM model companies develop large enough to transfer to OAM model companies or develop relationships determining regular schedules of related company objectives, it is very not possible that they would appreciate any bigger influence on the plastics industry cost sequence (United Nations, 2012).
Since COV 19 pandemic advent there has been an improved on the complications that was encountered in the of plastic waste management in Sri Lanka. There have been an improvement, hyperactive-germ-free means of life due to the fear of transmission has conveniently transferred our interactive designs the same as the use of PPE (Personal protective equipment), amplified petition for plastic-packed food and provisions, and the use of disposable appliances. However, there were shortcomings and inadequacies of Istanbul`s existing waste management scheme to supply with an improved dependency on plastic might exaggerate its maladministration and leak in the location, consequently causing a conservational crisis. Delegating systematic decontamination and the use of closed carrier bags for secure removal of polluted plastic bottles. Small business strategy should consist of an immediate response and the problem with reducing plastic bottle should be a top priority and require proper tax schedule for small business which is aimed at reducing plastic bottles which will be easily measurable by the project managers, staffs and shareholders. This might be challenging to finish the task schedule (Winter, 2019) . Savings in spherical skills like feedstock recovering with improving the substructure and conservational authenticity of prevailing techniques could be the key to dealing with the plastic waste fluctuations in a catastrophe. Evolution towards naturally approachable resources like bioplastics and entertaining new environmental (sustainable) technologies is critical to combatting forthcoming epidemics (Uyarra, et al., 2020). Even though the rollbacks and reduction of single-use plastic sanctions might be provisional, their possible consequences on the customer observation might delay the long-standing objectives of transitioning to a spherical market. In the same way, in the least adjournment in structure global preparedness and contribution towards curbing a little method of contamination in meetings and schedules might similarly suspend the application. Decrease in plastic contamination and wide-ranging, sustainable plastic garbage regulation could be attained by reforming the strategies to impart the behaviour of the individual concerned in addition to societal, established variations. Incentivising procedures that support complexity and sustainable procedures, public-private ventures in investigation and substructure will facilitate in carrying the abovementioned variations. Specific accountability, business accomplishment, and administration strategy are all needed to sustain the organisation from transiting from one catastrophe to another Kumar Raja Vanapalli Hari Bhakta Sharma Ved Prakash Ranjan Biswajit Samal Jayanta Bhattacharya Brajesh K. The creation of the Sustainable Strategic Management (GES) paradigm for Sustainability in Small Businesses involved six phases: Internal Diagnosis (DI); External Diagnosis (DE); Strategic Positioning (SP); Strategic Alignment of Specific Objectives (SASO); Strategic Map (SM) and Strategic Control (SC). These steps follow a horizontal flow in order to facilitate the small business owner in the tactical Costello, K. W. (2019) positioning at every stage (Marileide Barbosa Juan Arturo Castañeda -Ayarza Denise HelenaL ombardo Ferreira ,2020)

In the other the rewards of Istanbul Turkey is an improving country that manges their finance effectively, control finance and tables effectively. There will improvement of reduced plastic when the correct theory and strategic is applied in effectively reducing plastic bottles in the specific areas of Istanbul Turkey. There is a mutual exchange of survey, websites on the website or Facebook (González-Rivera, 2016) .The target of this scheme is to reduce from the proposed 440 yeraly to 340. However, 90 percent will be reduced to 40 percent by 2025 according to the environmental legislation in the capital Ankara. However, reduction of plastic are poorly practiced In Istanbul Turkey and kept in a poor state (González-Rivera, 2016) . People will be made aware of the reduction of plastic bottles and how effective it will assist in the reduction of plastic bottles. So, there is a strategic model application of models and theory to effectively arrive at a reasonable conclusion (Krenz, 2020). Whiteman enhances the list of the plastic bottles in the strategic zones or plastic bottles trends. The following is applying sustainable strategy is achieving by bearing in mind the culture, environmental attitude to reduction, In other words application of a suitable theory that will reduce plastic bottle effectively. Upscale places in the zones are striving for differentiation and are creating better decision on reduction of reducing plastic bottles and local incentives, In addition several bottles of different sizes and shapes are being counted
Customers are now seeking a better way to practice sustainability and are now abandoning the normal way. They are seeking alternative ways of improving tourists expectations so the suitable theory will be applied to make suitable ammendments.

Section 2: Project Reflection
Now that you have completed your project how would you enhance your PEP for future projects? Include appropriate references. [approximately 500 words]
PEP Section/Process | If No, justify why it is still appropriate and to the expected Level 7 standard. Yes I would like to enhance the section if more time is allocated for the completion of the work because if time is allocated properly because it is vital to adjust the correct KPI percentage to the strategic audit so that rthe correct number of plastic bottles for small business will be correctly audited. However this was skipped because the project manager did not believe in his ability in addition the project is not trained enough for proper time allocation of duties and outcome. The pep was followed adequately so the result was not adequately gotten on time (PingCao KeYang KeLiu,2020) |

yes | Embed relevant project management references The ideas that was used are models that made the reduction of plastic bottles very efficient. However the idea is very random in that was a confusion between the project manager and the right way of reducing the plastic bottle which had not been adequately because of immature decision that might give an adequate audit of the reduced plastic bottles which posed challenges for both project manager and shareholders |
|
The criteria will involve using a smart small project scope of sustainable strategy whereby there will be about 85% of plastic bottle which will accounted for and it should be measured adequately and cost effective It is small business due to the micro managing of the resources and shareholders that are vital are taken into consideration instead of unnecessary shareholders. Taking out unnecessary tools and products that will not be needed to reduce cost |

Review your original WBS & WPS & the feedback provided. Was it comprehensive enough? Yes/No? If No, why? The gaps however will be because the time frame was not adequate for small business strategy which will make make the business manageable, cost effective, efficient and durable (Phelan, (Anya) et. al., 2020) |
||
Stakeholder Analysis | Review your original Stakeholder analysis & the feedback provided. The shareholder were too generally initially because the project maanger might be too inexperienced to sense that the business must be small scaled and so the shareholder must be iniated in such a manner that it will be specific, measurable attainable, relevant to the business strategy and timely. However due to constraints the right shareholders were not utilised. In addition, the wrong shareholders made the business outcomes. So the major shareholder should have been the tourists/travellers/customers which the small business imitative is solely for. Hence according to the reports share holders for small must be arranged in such way that they actually needed for the business venture and that resources are economical and easily adaptable to Istanbul Turkey (Caudill, 2020) |

KPIs | Review your original KPIs & the feedback provided. On the other hand, the MES directs the implementation of irregular construction strategies into comprehensive processes on the factory ground. Then again, KPI delivers the business with important key performance indicators (KPIs), allowing marketable choices. The provision from the MES, such as invention acceptable development, presentation breakdown, and merchandise locating, may support producers to be effective and increase additional affordability in the international marketplace. On the other hand, in the `food and beverage business`, which features firm guidelines, increasing affordability, client require fluctuating, and undergo low-profit allowances, the execution of the MES that is accomplished is not extensive Hence, the original KPI were general and should be calculated thus in that value - mim |
