Thank you everyone for attending the meeting today. As we
discussed in the meeting today, I have completed Risk management plan which is attached in this email. The risk management plan is included with all the agreed outcomes from the meeting today and I can confirm the given Risk Management Plan is integrated across the program and is transparent and timely.

I have mentioned five risks that we are currently dealing with our project and also introduced the necessary actions in order to
maintain and control the specified risks. I would like each and every one of you to go through the introduced Risk Management plan and monitor and assess the risks that fall under your responsibilities as we discussed during today’s meeting.

Make sure you answer from your own personal experience during this assessment. Was it easy or difficult to identify risks?	The team meetings helped our team a lot to brainstorm risks. Also, it was helpful to communicate with our clients and have additional ideas and opinions from the project team in order to prevent any future risks. Furthermore, I am very confident that all program risks have been identified for the foreseeable future but clearly this needs to be monitored.
