Team: Ok. So what is the business plan?
As there will be a change in the fee structure of the courses, so it is expected that profit will also increase from 1st July 2018.
The operational objective has also planned to achieve the strategic objectives on yearly basis. All the operations are prioritized with the key performance indicator which measures the success of the operations.
Manager: Next concern is the storage and the access points that would allow the college to store and access across all campuses. I have come up with a solution that allows centralized storage that simplifies storage administration, data backup, and recovery and allows easy scaling as their requirements of storage increase.
NAS (Network-Attached Storage): NAS solutions are suitable for both small and mid-sized businesses needing a large amount of storage from which multiple users can share over a network. It provides solutions with an increase in efficiency and reducing costs.
Team: The proposal of expansion is good as it will help in building the brand as the main aim is to build the brand. So we decided to approve this proposed campus expansion. We also think that the college should adopt this NSA solution for the data storage and access system. We are agreed to this NAS solution because of its security, ease of deployment, and most importantly it is centralized which helps in managing it centrally.
