3. Using your Sustainable IT Policy, write a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that will ensure improvement in sustainable IT work practices. You will only need to focus on one specific elements of your policy, such as power usage, when writing this SOP. Remember that this is an office environment with little sustainable practice in the past which needs to change gradually so make sure your procedure is achievable.

The SOP should list and briefly describe the steps staff must take in order to implement and comply with the policy. It should clearly relate to the Sustainable IT Policy and indicate who is responsible for carrying them out.
