Scope: -

 If coaching specialist does not find a suitable coach then they create an advertisement to hire a coach and also create an interview. The applicant applies for an interview.

 When the assignment is complete, the bookkeeper creates a payment invoice for the client. The client gets the invoice and pays the fee. If the client does not pay a fee within 90 days then they send information to manager and debt collection agency to handle the client. Bookkeeper also pays the salary to coach. After completing the assignment coachable to create an invoice.

2. Validation: all the entries pass by the user are authenticated by the SGC system. 3. Serviceability: Only those facilities are provided to the member who is chosen by their protector. (ReQtest, 2019)  Logical data dictionary: -  Cocah_Skill = Coach_ID +Skill_ID Coach = Coach_ID + Name +Address +Phone +Email Skill = Skill_ID +Skill_Name


	Create/ get the invoice	In this process after completing the assignment, coach creates a payment invoice. Bookkeeper also creates the invoice for the client’s fee payment. The client gets the invoice from bookkeeper and pays the fee. If the client does not pay the fee within the 90 days then bookkeeper sends unpaid voice detail to the manager and debt collection agency. They handle the problem.

	Get Data	In this process client and coach get assignment schedule information from the system. The client gets fee receipt from the bookkeeper and coach get salary information from the system.

Conclusion: -
I have learnt a lot of things while working on this assignment. I have learnt about DFD diagrams, Fragment diagrams, context level diagrams etc. while working on this assignment. It gives us a deep understanding of total System analysis and then designing the solution based on that analysis.
