CONCLUSION
In conclusion the approach that was taken by Chubs was ideal for the enterprise as they required a stronger Information Technology domain to handle the company’s staf and clients. EA3 Cube is very defined and structure so as TOGAF but the major diference in the two methodologies are its structure. EA3 cube focuses on Strategy, Business and Technology whereas TOGAF revolves its business around technology. EA3 Cube would not have been as suitable as TOGAF because they are a well-established. I believe that EA3 cube will be very well utilised by enterprises or companies who have just begun their journey or those looking to change their direction in business.
