My earliest memory of being in a hospital is when I was 10 years old; my grandmother had suffered a heart attack and was rushed to a hospital. She was admitted there for a week and was told dead later on. When I saw all those pain and tears on my family members, I decided that one day I would become a nurse and help saving the lives of sick, injured and spread the smile on the people face. This was not an idle childish dream so, I focused on making my dream comes true by concentrating my studies. This eagerness enhances me to think about a carrier in nursing field.
After my PCL Nursing I started researching about favorable destination for my study but I feel like I need to have some knowledge and experience about this field to make my learning easier so that, I start working as a contract worker at Baptist Global Response (BGR) from 5th July 2015 to 25th October 2015 . My work in BGR was Helping Western teams adjust and function

in the Nepali con-text using local materials and facilities. Also I worked at Nursing care Home Pvt.Ltd as a staff Nurse from 27th October 2015 to 1st June 2016 as a full time employee, from 5th September 2016 to 16th November 2017 as a staff Nurse at Dental College Teaching Hospital & Research Centre. Side by side, I was focus-ing about my abroad study so; I manage my time and joined IELTS class. More-over, I experienced and learned many things from this 3 years period about this field and a carrier from this field and I am confident that this gap will not make any problem in my path however; the knowledge that I gained will flourish being my strength. I have enjoyed every minutes of my work. Finally, I gave my IELTS exam and come to know about Australian Health and Management Institute (AHMI) through my consular.

for my future study. Through my deep research and the counselor helped me get information about different education institutes focusing in Nurs-ing and other health science courses. I compared the cost of the courses, city of living, course content and the reputation of the university I came to make a deci-sion on AHMI. Australian Health and Management Institute (AHMI) Canberra Campus is located at Suite 21-23,Level 2, 54 Benjamin Way Block 1,Section 50, Belconnen Act 2617.Concluding to start with Diploma level from Registered Training Organiza-tion (RTO),I have gone through different websites researched about the colleges like Ransford College, Australian Harbour International Col-lege (AHIC), Queensford, and IHNA. I studied about TAFE, NSW but did refuse to go in knowing its stringent entry criteria. I researched anoth-er Nursing college from Sydney and found Ransford College which cost AUD 30,000 with a course of 84 weeks which is generally expensive for international students to afford and the course duration was less so I quit it. Similarly I have also research some uni-versity of Canber-ra such as Australian Catholic University limited, University of Canberra and Canberra Institute of Technology. The college has excellent reten-tion rate with very affordable fee structure. It offer ample flexibility that we can attend classroom courses or study online which all factors are very keen need for over further carrier.
Australian Health Management Institute (AHMI) aims at all times to a positive and rewarding learning experience for all students. As a registered training organ-ization AHMI is bound to comply with the Vocation Quality Framework, the na-tional Code of practice and other requirements specified by the Australian Skills Quality (ASQA). Furthermore, AHMI has afford-able college fee which one of all the considerable factor coming for a developed country. In addition, its class time-table is flexible for me to adjust to a new schedule. So, I choose AHMI as my education provider.

Being a nurse is a very influential and rewarding profession. Nurses always care people throughout their illness, injury, pain, and take the responsibilities of sav-ing their lives with whatever effort they must take. Regarding me, taking care of patients and building a positive relationship with patients and their family is tru-ly what gives me a feeling of being a Nurse. This strong feeling of helping and serving people brought significant difference within me and even found my pro-fession enjoyable, rewarding and challenging too.
