	Reflective practice gives a better understanding of why things happen. It assists you to recognize good practice as well as change and improve what is not working well. Reflective practice allows early childhood professionals to develop a critical understanding of their own practice, and continually improve the necessary skills, knowledge and approaches to achieve the best outcomes for children. The discussion of pedagogical practices with other educators and supervisor helps to provide feedback on its effectiveness and inclination of child to the practices. The development of child is necessary for the professional and personal development through the practices they get in the childcare center. So, the professional discussion is important for the educator.
