The factors that could impact project scope are:

The methods that I would use to agree on and implement scope management processes are: - Scope change: Is an official decision made by the project manager and the client in order to change a feature, to expand or reduce its functionality. This generally involves making adjustments to the cost, budget, other features, or the timeline.

13. List the six (6) steps you would follow in a formal change-control procedure.

The steps that I would follow in order to carry on a formal change-control procedure are: 1. Identify (identify and document the required change)
2. Validate (verify the change is valid and requires management)
3. Analyse (analyse and record schedule, cost and effort impact of change)
4. Control (decide whether to execute the change)
5. Action (execute decision, including revision to project plans if necessary) 6. Close (verify that action is complete and close change request)

The ways that could alter the impact of scope changes within established time, cost and quality constraints are:

16. Identify four (4) potential scope management problem areas. For each problem area, recommend improvements for future projects.

Each time you identify a deliverable and associated project activities, check to make sure these items align with the project charter and your scope baseline

work breakdown structure.

The methods for segmenting and documenting a work breakdown structure are:
1. Request Management: Collecting the current work request and linking the same with new project request will be documented by drill-down reporting.

The stages of a project life cycle and their relationship to scope management are: 1. Initiating: The visualisation of what is to be accomplished.

2. Planning: Where the project plans are documented, the project deliverables and requirements are defined, and the project schedule is created
