Scenario 3:
Jenna is one of the major client delivery resource. The client recently adjusted the deadline according to their internal requirements. The changed delivery dates fall in the period during which Jenna has already applied for leave. In her absence, the complete workload will be faced by her co-worker Dave. Dave suggests Jenna shift her leaves after the delivery. The religion that Jenna follows has a major festival during the delivery period, so she is not comfortable with postponing the leave. This matter is brought up to you as the team manager.
2.Imagine you are the victim of racial behaviour in place of Tara in scenario 1. You want to file a complaint about this incidence by considering the fundamental components for filing a complaint. What would be your course of action? Would you prefer formal action or informal action? Why?
3.Consider scenario 3. Lizzy, a colleague and friend of Jenna, notices that Jenna is stressed. She talks to Jenna and identifies that she is facing the problem of
