The overall range of telecommunication applications is increasing which requires implementation of efficient software. It has to be supported horizontally through an effective infrastructure layer. The evolution of telecommunication and information technology is creating a need of new data based feature and elements collaboration. The telecommunication industry is broader.  It includes multiple service providers and various operational activities that need to be coordinated in an effective way. The telecommunication industry includes software based applications which is required to gain effective growth in the current telecommunication industry.

 The telecommunication includes complex value chain that includes vendor, service providers and users.
