Exercise
Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity per week.
Watch portion sizes to avoid overeating.
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
Discuss vaccinations, and update them as needed.
Address any health concerns promptly to prevent complications.
Use fans or air conditioning when necessary to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.
