I believe that experiences happen to have a record of what has been lived and the next time to know how to handle it. I believe that I can demonstrate good handling of my emotions at work by not paying attention to the small details that are emotional distractors and always focused on the tasks I must do. There is a lot at stake and a lot to lose if I let my emotions control me in my work because I can do it wrong and end up giving up and leaving it behind.

Sometimes, it is useful to keep managers together, because the process of executing the change can be a very lonely experience. Also, it is recommended that you have individual meetings with each member of your team.

Offer coaching to managers who need complementary support. Provide
adequate and necessary support and development to help lead change through the organization. If they are not able to communicate effectively the vision and strategy, and thus get the commitment of their teams during the process, the change will not be successful.
