Consultation outcomes summary

The educators are feeling well trained and with a lot of opportunities to grow in the childcare, they know they can be supported if they want to find a new opportunity of learning and to try to share their findings with the rest of the staff.

There is constant motivation to chare new findings and to make daily tasks better and easier, also the staff feels motivated to communicate their findings and desires with the supervisors.
