smartphone. Luckily, the screen recording of the interview was already backed-up by Skype on my computer. I am very grateful until this day.

4.What’s the most important thing you learned from the Final project? Why do you think so?

From the perspective of a group leader, I pushed myself to ask my teammates for feedback, followed up with their work and constantly communicated with them. I learnt to improve and refine my overall attitude and role as a group leader and a team player, so that I do not portray myself to be a confrontational or bossy person. I did face some obstacles personally, whereby my teammates did not submit their report parts to me according to the dateline given so that I can edit, compile and proofread everything before the submission. Thankfully, I communicated effectively with everyone throughout this final project from start until finish to make sure everything is at its best form. I am also very thankful for my teammates for their contribution and the fact that they always made corrections whenever necessary. It is very important that all of us play our roles in order to successfully complete this final project.

7.How did you help others during this process? How do you feel you may have hindered others?

10.How will you use what you have learned in the future?

I will definitely apply my knowledge based on the Planning, Organising, Leading and Controlling functions in a management process during my years of working in the Law and Commerce industry in the future. These will allow me to be more confident and knowledgeable as a MSU graduate because it is important to comprehend, analyse and apply these skills whenever necessary, especially when working in an organisation or a

INDIVIDUAL REFLECTION:

1.NOW THAT IT'S OVER, WHAT ARE MY FIRST THOUGHTS ABOUT THIS OVERALL PROJECT? ARE THEY MOSTLY POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE? IF POSITIVE, WHAT COMES TO MIND SPECIFICALLY? NEGATIVE?

As I mention in the early statement and elaboration, the most challenging moments is the pandemic situation that cause use to stuck in one place to do all the work without moving to place to place. This is because our country was in movement restriction order and we all are so awkward when do a Q&A session via online. This also cause we have the limited time to do the conference meeting session and we also felt that we miss some important part when we have a poor connection. This pandemic situation is the most challenging moment that made the part of the final project to be hard to be handle.

4.WHAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU LEARNED FROM THE FINAL PROJECT? WHY DO YOU THINK SO?

6.WHAT WERE SOME THINGS YOUR TEAMMATES DID THAT HELPED YOU TO LEARN OR OVERCOME OBSTACLES?

Based on my point of view, we did not help a lot of much because we all understand our role and part without any question. This is because our leader was explained every part and task we need to do firmly and without any single point to be left over to ensure that we are always up to date with our task and role in the final project. This is why I like my team because they all are perfect in doing their parts.

9.WHAT COULD YOU DO DIFFERENTLY FROM A PERSONAL STANDPOINT THE NEXT TIME YOU WORK WITH THE SAME GROUP OR A DIFFERENT ONE?

From my personal standpoint, the way of my approach to a team will be different where we will make sure that we all can be gather together and got full 100 percent cooperation even though it sometimes not a possible thing to be achieved. We will do the online meet up via Zoom app that we can do for meeting and learning session. This will ensure we all connected anywhere and any times without problems.

1. NURUL HIDAYAH BINTI ABDULLAH 012020021122

My first thought about this overall project is it is really different and kind of new method for me since the MCO started because of COVID-19. Since this kind of method started which is interview the person via ZOOM Or SKYPE and for the first time I felt why must we have to do and suffer this all but after a month it is normal already for me and I am used to it. Sometimes, I felt bad of using this via SKYPE or ZOOM method because of server problem and cannot connect the WIFI or Internet. Day by day I just think that it is a normal problem that always happened to us and I have no problem with it anymore.

2. What were some of the most interesting discoveries you made while working on this project? About the problem? About yourself? About others?

4. What’s the most important thing you learned from the Final project? Why do you think so?

The most important thing I have learned from the Final project is we need to give our best attention and sacrifice some of things for this final project because this project not so easy as we think and there is a lot of things and problem we sacrifice during the project discussion going on with my team members. Other than that, another thing that I learned is we have to

Based on my view, we did not help too much since our group leader divided our part and explain each of our part what we should do and we already know what we have to do for each of our part. Sometimes, our group leader will remind us or ask anything that we did not understand so it is easy for us to communicate in group together if and share any of idea between us.

7. How did you help others during this process? How do you feel you may have hindered others?

9. What could you do differently from a personal standpoint the next time you work with the same group or a different one?

From my personal standpoint, next time if I work with the same group or different group, I will set a date and time to meet for do discussion about the project or either if in public holiday or the situation was not able to let us meet face to face, we can do the discussion through via online like using ZOOM for make it easier for us or just do a conference with my team members if some of them having an internet problem or just discuss it from the WhatsApp group if got any information to tell.
