3) Describe the process to add a new user in Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 and is either easier or does one provide more security than the other?

Create new user on –

Win 7 – go to control panel > user account and family safety > user account > manage another account > create a new account. Here add user details and click on create user.

Win 8.1 – go to PC settings > accounts > other accounts > click on Add an account and add user details and finish the process

Win 10 – go to Start > settings > accounts > family & other people > Add someone else to this PC, add user details here and finish the process.
