    A protein was digested using two different agents and the following peptides were obtained:

    trypsin: ISHTR, WALR, ELFAMGLU, IFMSNTK

    cyanogen bromide (CNBr): GLU, WALRIFM, SNTKISHTRELFAM

    What is the sequence of the original peptide?
