Ans. Guerrilla marketing is the type of marketing in which the products are advertised on the streets shopping centers, beaches, or public places so as to grab the attention of the large audience with a very little amount of money. Guerilla marketing is the result of the creative imagination of marketers. The main purpose of this type of marketing is to create a buzz in the market through the advertisements which are very attractive and thought-provoking. Advertisements are a very important tool that can help in attracting the customers towards the products and they should be eye-catchy and unique. Guerrilla marketing is basically meant for the small and medium enterprises which do not have enough funds to advertise their products as this form of marketing is not very expensive. It focuses on the thinking or psychology of the potential as well as current customers rather than own judgments of the marketers. Such advertisements help in establishing a competitive edge against the competitors in the market. Guerrilla advertisements involve the use of new technologies which makes it more attractive. The greatest benefit that is involved in this type of marketing is its cost-effectiveness due to which this type of advertisement can be easily used by any organization operating in the industry whether on a small- or large-scale basis.
