Using the steps in the SHRM Application Tool, choose an organisation and review its website, its annual report and any other publicly available material and identify at least one internal or external factor that is likely to influence that organisation. Consider the organisation’s actual and/or potential SHRM responses to these factors and then link them to the organisation’s internal HRM responses.
Your report should reflect a combination of theory and practical application and should use a real life organisation. You may choose an organisation you are personally familiar with.
