    Microtubules are basic str. of spindle apparatus, centrioles, basal bodies, cilia& flagella; and responsible for their motality and shape.

    Microfilaments are filaments of actin and myosin

    Intermediate Filaments are present in keratin filaments, neurofibrils, glial filaments and heterogenous filaments, they provide rigidity to cell and maintain cell str.
