Such memories and the fact that they were born into a modest household gives them the identification of belonging to a humble religion. Instead of restricting people to limited thinking, this religion should instill spiritual depth in them. For example, acceptances of inter-caste and inter-religious marriages attest to the increasing lowering of religion-bound boundaries. My awareness of personal, societal, and spiritual ties will deepen due to my family's daily contact with one another. Now that's all about the understanding of religion and spirituality (NIILM, 2021). My parents worked in the trades and could not complete high school due to their living conditions and many family responsibilities at a very young age. Their many experiences have taught me not to give up in life and the importance of Education, which is essential and let your dreams always come true. They always encouraged me to live my dream, by your way, and therefore, Education is the first step towards this. They encouraged me in my study, which has driven me to get a master's in business administration and many other certifications that enhance my skills. My parents initially taught me the importance of livelihood, how it works in real life, and how some factors came as an opportunity for individuals. They live their lives only in the resemblance of whatever they have faced because of Education. They wanted to make sure that I didn't meet the problems they faced and the opportunity available to them; they wanted me to get all of them by educating me. That's the main reason from where I get the importance of Education. So, I can say that the first mentor of my life in my parents. Because of their hard work and other sacrifices, I learned the value of a good education and living.
I have done more research and take a journey back with a couple of generations that have played an essential role in my life and learning. My grandparents' story taught me to be happy in whatever you have and do your best whatever you are doing in your life as; my grandparent’s life as also working in retail shops. My Grandparents came from low-income family backgrounds. They are also initially from Hawaii, the US, and there was the place they passed. My grandparents were working in retail shops as they sold daily groceries sold and essential products. My grandparents worked so hard to educate their children as much as possible with their low-income profile; they know how vital Education is to survive in this world. So, from them and they're hardworking, my parents understand the importance of the hardworking. Both the generations focused only on educating their children so that they don't have to suffer from the things and shortfalls they have suffered. As I have seen my parent's efforts and the efforts of my grandparents, I get encouraged and feel motivated, which drives me towards my dream. I have also come through many failures of my parents and grandparents and see how they overcome their losses and begin fresh. We are four members in my family; I am the younger one. My mother is a housemaker who raised us, and my father made many sacrifices and worked hard to provide better goods and life experiences. My mother stays in the house and nurtures two children, and my father helped financially to us. My elder brother is the first one in my family who graduated from university. Our family was delighted, and they only inspired us to aspire for greater heights in our academics and professions. I felt compelled to pursue further Education. My parents survived by helping each other because their strength was so valuable to us that it was indeed a goal. We encourage each other and build the connections and relationships that we as a family currently have. As per my thinking, family life revolves around relationships and bonding. Changes in family and home composition have resulted in a shift in people's expectations of their relationships.
When I started my early schooling, I was called a bright student. I scored top in my class when the schools took the assessment, and on that, they took admissions, so first they test your knowledge, and based on evaluation, the entrance took place. So, the competition started from the end examination, and I faced pressure to maintain my position in the class, so this is one of the factors that helped me keep working hard more and more. The teachers always praised me and called my parents to tell them about my study, hard work, and making my parents proud there. I have participated in many events during my high school days, whether in dance, painting, or athletics. Teachers always support me in such various possibilities and eventually manage my studies and extra curriculum simultaneously. I finished high school with honors with a 9.8 GPA. I had never felt so proud, and I was eager to begin my undergraduate studies.
When I started college, I struggled to figure out what major I wished to continue, like every other student. I've always been interested in healthcare. I aspired to go to med school, becoming a doctor, and treat patients because I admired and have a caring personality. I started my science classes with biology. When I started, I found that my biology was not that strong and felt that I had made the wrong decision by taking science as biology as my career path. After so many failed classes and underperformed, I feel demotivated and give up on my dreams. During my undergraduate Education, I decided to take a break to discover what I was strong at and what cheered me up. I am employed in the healthcare sector and divisions having business backgrounds. I decided that I am confident and in love with business administration in the healthcare sector. While finishing my bachelor's degree in science in chemistry, I pursued a bachelor's degree in nursing. I thoroughly liked my nursing degree and then went on to earn my MBA. I have three degrees from various institutions, and this would be my fourth. I have a bachelor's degree in chemistry, a bachelor's degree in nursing, a master's degree in business administration, and many other credentials.
My parents and grandparents spring to mind when I think of a positive role model. The mother's concern, compassion, and care for minor details, gentleness, warmth, and patience all present me with an ideal example. At the same time, the father demonstrates that a man can be challenging and powerful while also being kind and attentive. My father used to get up at 5 a.m. and return home most times at 8 p.m., as well as my mother had always been waiting for him to be at meals. Father continuously informed us that he's doing as much as possible to give us a brighter future. He has never grumbled about just being exhausted or overburdened, and he's been doing it. My father's growth firms twenty years to become profitable. He demonstrated how perseverance, hard effort, and just facing difficulties could make you rugged and robust. As a result of everything I've learned from my father and mother, I'm on my way to being a better person.
Negative Role Model
In my life, I had several mentors who guided me through difficult times or whenever I needed guidance. They are always there to tell me that shortcomings and disappointments were merely a significant roadblock, and they have also been there to celebrate my victories and achievements. My elder brother has achieved a lot, which made me think that I have also to do great in my career. He is also the one who pushed me in my career and influenced me that If he can do, then I can do, and we are the ones who will make changes across our family. He was always willing to question my ideas and challenges just to come up with fresh ones. Cheerful family, colleagues, and instructors throughout, always encouraged me to improve in multiple parts of my life and helped me have a more profound knowledge of just how dedicated and enthusiastic business growth in the healthcare industry inspired me (Weebly, 2021).
Currently, I work at Trinity Terrace in Fort Worth, Texas, as an MDS regional consultant/ Nurse Manager and spent almost two years. I'm in charge of a team of 12 doctors and healthcare providers. Through complete MDS training and support services for the allocated area, MDS Consultant will promote excellent care and fiscal responsibility. In compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws and controlling organization requirements, you will be responsible for MDS Services training and program evaluation. I consider myself very fortunate to have this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work for one of the country's most prestigious hospitals. My responsibilities include creating and implementing suitable measurements and standards for the company's quality of care, which they use to evaluate performance. I am also responsible for developing and implementing appropriate measures and standards for the company's quality of care to assess performance. I am also in charge of creating and executing suitable measurements and benchmarks for the company. The Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) criteria are maintained (Monster, 2021), emphasizing resident care and financial compensation via the MDS procedure. Responsibilities include ensuring that resident evaluations were completed accurately and on schedule, as required by Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and other payer programs (World Health Organization, 2018). My employer, the company's chief marketing officer, was an extraordinarily ambitious and gregarious individual.
I am the full-time mother of two handsome boys. My goals are to understand the ins and outs of these enterprises. I like learning about the challenges that a particular healthcare system or organization may have and applying my innovative ideas to modify and transform those potentially. I spend most of my time with my two sons, and we enjoy traveling, swimming, and doing hands-on things together. Travelling has been our favorite activity since it works as a living refresh for me. Traveling is beneficial to me since I may go out for a small amount of time and return prepared to take on more responsibility. I can vacation before commencing the session to return ready to undertake new problems and start again with a clean canvas. Traveling to different nations has allowed me to encounter new friends, make different traditions, and influence my opinions and perceptions of other countries. Staying away from home may help you reconsider your possessions much more (Sarkar&Sarkar, 2021).

Multiple measures in assessing readiness
Self-assessments are important for understanding the strengths and weaknesses and are also essential to measure the compatibility for the roles and responsibilities that the ones want to explore further. In career planning, this is one of the most crucial steps for validating personal reflection and clarifying the goals targeted. Researching oneself requires some clarity about the roles and responsibilities that need to be worked on. Hence, to build a concrete understanding, it is crucial to self-reflect about strengths and weaknesses that can hamper the processes of efficiently performing this responsibility (Andrade, 2019). Sometimes, the individual believes that they have clarity about themselves. To have a holistic view of themselves, the individual needs to understand how others perceive them, further refining their self-view. Therefore, to assess my readiness, I have taken up many MBA surveys and researching self-survey.
After taking the MBA survey, I have gained a lot of more profound insights into my knowledge and expertise. It was indeed an added knowledge for me. There were several subject questions where I have answered based on my gained knowledge. Through the result, I was able to draw my strength and weak areas.
Area of strengths
The results clearly show that I am good with the areas that involve people functioning; I can handle the conflicts, motivating and retaining them. Besides that, I am equipped with the knowledge to handle my emotions and others, clearly reflected in my high scores in international, human resource, and cultural theories and domains. On the other hand, my weak areas involve quality management, the correlation between the two events, and attributes needed for the learning organization.
MY RESEARCHING SELF SURVEY
How much do you think that your manager's communication skills need improving?
How would you rate your manager's honesty?
| Sentimental Level | Numerical Value | Responses | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strongly disagree | 1 | 0 | 0 |
| Disagree | 2 | 0 | 0 |
| Neutral | 3 | 1 | 3 |
| Agree | 4 | 1 | 4 |
| Strongly agree | 5 | 3 | 15 |
Adding the total above and dividing it by the respondent gives a score of 10, which is considered good; these scores clearly show that my staff sees me as an individual with high self-esteem. The scores indicate that self-esteem is one of the strengths areas of a manager. Which I believe is one of the important criteria for the manager as it is needed to empower others and encourage others to do their best (Helens-Hart, 2018). A table showing results for Question 2 is as follows:
| Sentiment level | Numerical value | Responses | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strongly disagree | 1 | 0 | 0 |
| Disagree | 2 | 0 | 0 |
| Neutral | 3 | 1 | 3 |
| Agree | 4 | 0 | 0 |
| Strongly Agree | 5 | 1 | 5 |
| Sentiment level | Numerical value | Responses | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strongly disagree | 1 | 0 | 0 |
| Disagree | 2 | 0 | 0 |
| Neutral | 3 | 1 | 3 |
| Agree | 4 | 0 | 0 |
| Strongly Agree | 5 | 1 | 5 |
Analysis
| Sentiment level | Numerical value | Responses | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strongly disagree | 1 | 1 | 1 |
| Disagree | 2 | 1 | 2 |
| Neutral | 3 | 0 | 0 |
| Agree | 4 | 0 | 0 |
| Strongly Agree | 5 | 1 | 5 |
Adding the total above and dividing it by the respondent gives the scores of 2.6; question 3 responses have been recorded in which 2 of the respondents believe that I do not need to improve in their communication skills. However, one of the respondents feels that I should need communication as the staff members strongly agree that I need improvement. However, this is more positive as 2 of the respondents believe I have good communication skills and do not require modification. Hence this will be considered as a substantial area as a manager. For the manager, communication is vital for every solution. A table showing results for Question 5 is as follows:
| Sentiment level | Numerical value | Responses | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strongly disagree | 1 | 1 | 1 |
| Disagree | 2 | 1 | 2 |
| Neutral | 3 | 0 | 0 |
| Agree | 4 | 0 | 0 |
| Strongly Agree | 5 | 1 | 5 |
The average of the five questions is 4.64, which demonstrates that I have scored higher than the average, which is three, which implies a positive outcome. This further highlights that I am a good manager with solid attributes such as high confidence, self-esteem, self-love, communication, and honesty. From this survey, it was pretty evident my strength areas were self-esteem, communication, and honesty, and the areas that I need to work upon are self-love and confidence.
PLAN TO ADDRESS THE WEAK AREAS
| Learning objective (or area of improvement) | Action planned | Resource required | |
|---|---|---|---|
|
|
||
| 2. Enhancing self-love | Immediately & ongoing Immediately |
||
| 3. Enhancing communication | 1. To read the books to improve my communication skills. 2. interacting with friends, colleagues to improve my communication skills. |

This is an example of a figure labeled per APA style. Note that the label is placed under the figure itself, flush left. As with tables, refer to the figure by number in the narrative text preceding the placement of the figure (see Figure 1). Applying the Figure caption style to a figure number and caption will render both in plain text. You will need to manually convert the figure number to italics.
