\nYou can apply for your student visa online at the Australian Government Department of Immigration and Citizenship. Your Assessment Level will be determined by the passport you hold and course(s) of study. The lowest Assessment Level being Level 1 and highest Assessment Level 5. The Student visa subclass under which you will be assessed is determined by your main course of study, even if you are studying a package of courses.
