Strategic change need

Australian Hardware has strategically secured a large client needing building materials, hardware home wares and garden supplies, to be supplied exclusively by Australian Hardware. As Australian Hardware will be serving the client exclusively, it will require changes to technical and equipment requirement, staff performance requirement and general structure and operation of the business. Once such change is that, a new department will be introduced that solely looks after this one client with all of its requirements.

New Vision

Australian Hardware wishes to change its vision which includes growth increases in turnover, change to staff management and allocation and increases to turnover. The changes are required to implement such growth.

External Factor

Once to the main external factors for the organization change has been increased competition in the market. This has resulted in reduced profitability. Change is required to increase such profitability.
