Hydrosphere is a layer of water at or near the earth’s surface. It includes the oceans, rivers, lakes and even the moisture in the air. AS we all know that 97 percent of the earth’s water is in the oceans and remaining 3 percent is fresh water; three-quarters of the fresh water is solid and exists in ice sheets.
We have assignment, project, homework and online help with Physical Geography concept at assignmenthelp.net. We present all type of solution for problems related to the Lithosphere.
On the earth the liquid water exists on the surface in the form of ocean, lakes and rivers. It also exists below ground – as groundwater, in well and aquifers. Water vapor is most visible as clouds and fog. The water from earth moves through the hydrosphere in a cycle. And this cycle is called as water cycle. In water cycle the water collects in clouds, then falls to earth in the form of rain or snow. This water collects in rivers, lakes and oceans. Then it evaporates into the atmosphere to start the cycle all over again.
